Abstract :
The term “artificial intelligence” (AI) refers to a technology that gives computers the ability to learn from and make decisions or recommendations based on data that has been gathered in the past. When it comes to the management of human resources, artificial intelligence can be utilized in a wide variety of contexts for the sake of streamlining procedures and increasing operational effectiveness. In the current research work the main objectives were to measure the impact of AI-based applications on organizational performance of private companies in India and does AI-based application helps in effective decision making for the top-level management of private companies in India.
