Abstract :
The overall purpose of the present research is to focuses on criticism of public sector enterprises attached towards poor management of human resources. The primary objective of the study is to make a comparative analysis of HRM practices adopted by the organization and their impact on employees as well as on the organizational efficiency and effectiveness between Pre and Post disinvestment and also to find out employees perception with regard to HRM practices as well as level of job satisfaction among them after privatization. The results of this investigation will then provide important insights into the conditions and situations that, if addressed, could make valuable contributions with respect to effective management of human resources in the public sector enterprises.
